Nearly 10,000 m² of total site area, including around 2,500 m² across two industrial halls, providing space for future growth.
Anytherm BH is expanding its production capacity and manufacturing capabilities with its new industrial site in Novi Travnik.
The new site comprises two industrial halls with a combined area of around 2,500 m² and a dedicated pickling and passivation facility. Within a total site area of approximately 10,000 m², the new location provides more space and flexibility for manufacturing, storage, logistics and future expansion.
Expanded production infrastructure
The production areas are designed for heavy-duty industrial use, including industrial flooring, overhead cranes, increased electrical capacity and compressed air, as well as space for additional production equipment. With a heat pump and underfloor heating system, the new location also supports energy-efficient and sustainable operation.
Together with dedicated storage and improved maneuvering areas, the optimized infrastructure will enable more efficient production processes, greater manufacturing flexibility and shorter lead times, supported by smoother material flows. This will further strengthen the production of Anytherm’s process air handling units, steam and water heat exchangers, and heat recovery systems.
Process equipment and contract manufacturing
The additional capacity and improved production environment will also allow Anytherm BH to further expand its stainless-steel process equipment and contract manufacturing capabilities, enabling Anytherm to take on a broader range and greater number of manufacturing projects for our customers.
Built for future growth
The new facility has been planned around the long-term requirements of Anytherm BH, providing the space, infrastructure and flexibility required for increasing production volumes, future projects and increasingly demanding industrial applications.
“The expansion is not simply about adding space. It is about creating the capacity, infrastructure and flexibility required to grow with our customers.”
Located just 2.3 km – around three minutes – from the current facility, the new site allows for parallel operations during the transition. Existing supply chains and logistics processes remain unchanged, enabling a smooth transition to the new facility, which will become operational in February 2027. Anytherm BH can therefore benefit from the improved production environment from day one.
