We primarily serve demanding (process) industries such as the food and dairy industry, chemical and pharmaceutical industry, and other (energy intense) process industries that require specialized heat transfer, proces air handling, heat recovery and energy consulting solutions. Anytherm has extensive knowledge in spray drying process air handling and heat recovery applications and further process industry technologies.

By offering heat recovery systems and energy-efficient solutions, our products sigificantly reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions for our clients. Our consulting services aim to identify ways to improve ecological and economic sustainability.

Anytherm can handle a diverse range of project sizes, from small-scale applications requiring individual heat exchangers to extensive, multi-system projects for large industrial operations. We tailor our solutions to fit the specific needs and scales of each project, ensuring optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction across all levels of industrial demands. Our heat exchange and heat recovery projects are usually in the range of a few thousand to up to several million Euros/Dollars.

Our services cover the whole process within the scope of heat exchange, heat recovery and energy efficiency improvement projects: from consulting before project initialization to engineering, production, packing, transportation, installation, commissioning to after sales service.

Our customers often want to integrate the control of our products into their existing process control systems. For this purpose, we supply precise control descriptions for our products. However, if preferred, we can also offer and supply our own control units for our products. 

Our products are often used as part of major construction projects for new manufacturing processes and process updates. Many of our customers therefore decide to carry out the installation work themselves or with third party partners. In such cases, Anytherm can offer on-site supervision of the installation work to ensure correct installation. However, at the customer's request, Anytherm can also offer on-site installation/welding services for our equipment.

Yes, we specialize in developing tailor-made solutions precisely aligned with our customers' specific needs and requirements. From concept to commissioning, we work closely with our clients to achieve optimal results.

Our desiccant dehumidifiers use a sorption wheel to adsorb moisture from the process air, delivering extremely dry air down to below 2 g/kg humidity wihtout condensation. They are particularly suitable for applications where precise humidity control is required, such as in spray drying processes (e.g. milk powder / infnat formula, oder lithium battery manufacturing or pharmaceuticals).

Anytherm devices are designed to treat a wide range of air volumes, accommodating up to 200,000 kg/h per device. This capacity allows for flexibility in handling various industrial air handling and processing needs, ensuring efficient treatment for a broad spectrum of applications.

Anytherm's heat exchange / air handling units are engineered to withstand the demanding conditions of industrial environments. They can operate at temperatures up to 400°C. Material selection, such as stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316, ensures durability and resistance to corrosion at high temperatures and pressures.
