  • Finned tubes: Stainless steel (AISI 304 or AISI 316)
  • Fins: Aluminum or stainless steel
  • Discharge temperature: depending on application and additional equipment, different air temperatures are possible

How do Compact Heat Exchangers work?

In general, compact heat exchangers are designed to transfer heat between two fluids with maximum efficiency in a minimum volume. This is achieved through a high surface area to volume ratio to increase heat transfer rates. The smaller design allows for quicker heat transfer and reduces the weight and size of the equipment. This leads to fewer material and installation costs.

 

The majority of our heat exchange / air handling units are made with custom finned tubes made of aluminum and stainless steel (AISI 304 and AISI 316) to ensure durability, reliability, hygiene compliance and cost efficient high efficiency heat transfer characteristics.
