MAIN FEATURES
- Unit for handling pressurized prozess air (e.g. after blower) according to the clients process demands
- Applicable with finned tube heat exchanger elements, pump with valves, filters, etc.
- Customized according to client specification and request
- Insulated housing (fully welded, sanitary design) and extractable elements
- If required, water circulation with constant water flow and bypass system for stable regulation of air temperatures can be added
- Units can be designed in rectangular or round design

MATERIALS AND CHARACTERISTIC VALUES
- Housing: Stainless steel (AISI 304 or AISI 316) with mineral wool insulation
- Finned tubes: Stainless steel (AISI 304 or AISI 316)
- Fins: Aluminum or stainless steel
- Air volume: designed for lower, high pressure flows
- Air temperatures: depending on application and additional equipment, different air temperatures are possible
- Air pressures of up to 1 bar overpressure
