The Beginnings and Vision
The story of Anytherm began many years before the company was officially founded. The brothers and founders, Dominic and Nicolas Ettlin, shared a vision in the early 2000s to support the international process industry with cost-optimized, high-quality heat transfer and heat recovery systems. They recognized early on that the industry’s challenges were increasingly centered on continuous cost optimization while maintaning the highest industrial quality standards, and at the same time meeting growing ecological requirements and challenges.
With their many years of hands-on expertise in industrial heat transfer, process air handling and heat recovery, combined with well-founded know-how in industrial energy consulting, the two founders put their vision into action. In early 2017, Anytherm began its operational activities, and a few months later, the company was officially established.
Building and Growth
The company is completely family-owned and managed by its founders and owners, Dominic and Nicolas Ettlin, and therefore operates with full independence and neutrality. To ensure balanced and objective decision-making, they appointed their father, Yves Ettlin – an experienced business leader – to the board as an impartial third party and advisor.
